4k Channel Blocked

Restart the decoder by following the procedure below:

​

Take out the access card from your decoder.

Reinsert the card.

​

ATTENTION, the card is inserted chip down

Press the ON/OFF button on the back to turn off the decoder.

 

Press the ON/OFF button again to turn the decoder back on.

 

The reboot phase of the decoder takes approximately 1 minute 30.

The CANAL+ logo will appear 2 to 3 times consecutively.

Channel Cube wifi Blocked

Perform a factory reset using the following procedure:

Take out the access card from your decoder.

Reinsert the card.

 

CAUTION, the card is inserted chip down.

Press the On/Off button for 10 seconds until the red dot appears.

It is also possible to turn off the decoder using the M/A button located at the back of the decoder.
